Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS.

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note that shipping transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Gypsy & Gem is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package appears to be missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly and then reach out to us if additional assistance is needed.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we gladly accept returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, damage, or alterations

  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Permanent jewelry services

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items marked Final Sale

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please email hello@gypsyandgem.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

Once your request has been approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid UPS shipping label.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within approximately 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Handmade Variations

Many Gypsy & Gem pieces are handcrafted and made using genuine gemstones, pearls, shells, and other natural materials.

Because of the handmade nature of our jewelry, slight variations in color, shape, size, texture, stone pattern, and finish are normal and should be expected. These natural variations make each piece uniquely yours and are not considered defects.

Lifetime Warranty

We proudly stand behind the quality of our jewelry.

All Gypsy & Gem jewelry is backed by our Lifetime Warranty. If your piece experiences a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Lost or stolen jewelry

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper care or misuse

  • Damage caused by accidents or third-party alterations

  • Tarnishing due to improper storage or exposure to harsh chemicals
