Shipping
We ship all orders via UPS. Once your order is placed and processed, you can expect delivery within 2–5 business days.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to accept returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Free of any stains, odors, or damage
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Final Sale Items
All Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All sales on Final Sale items are final.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email us at hello@gypsyandgem.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- We will send you a prepaid UPS return shipping label.
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at any UPS location.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3 business days. You will be notified via email when your refund has been issued. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please note the item you'd like in your return request email. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Jewelry Lifetime Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry 100%. All jewelry purchased from Gypsy & Gem comes with a lifetime warranty. If anything ever happens to your piece, we will repair or replace it for you depending on the issue — because we believe great jewelry should last a lifetime.
To make a warranty claim, simply reach out to us at hello@gypsyandgem.com with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue and we'll take care of you.
